Was going to post this in the Showcase forum but am thinking of tweaking the scheme as someone pointed out it's close to the Doom Eagles canon chapter. Maybe I'll add more green

Without checking I think the Doom Eagles were pure silver with red Aquilas, so I can see the potential for confusion but you should be fairly safe. Perhaps a green Aquila to match the pauldrons?
If you haven't tried it impCat is pretty good for trying out colour schemes.

In that case, assuming the red helmets are universal (although even if they're not) I would still say you're fine. There must be plenty of chapters with nearly, if not actually identical schemes anyway. =]
