GDPR and notifications

Hi all! The notifications button in the menu and the bubble that pops up in mobile displays both seem to be directing you to a GDPR page.
I'm not entirely certain why this bug has suddenly popped up, but I can't look into/fix it properly until later when I can get my laptop out.
