I've got a couple kicking around in storage, reckon they would make a nice side project. Always liked their sculpts and their character, and if I wanted to be really lazy I could just Contrast like 80% of it too!

Haha have you used the contrasts at all? I've not got any. I didnt bother because I didn't think it would improve me as a painter... but wondering if just for the sake of getting stuff battle ready it would be worth it....

Only a little (flesh, rope and grenades on the scout) but early tests have been really good. Once I've got to my old stash and have spare plastic I'll start a thread to post up tests and results

I really like the father of iron. Shame you probably wouldn't be able to use him in 40k but it's still very cool!!
The inquistor is nice too!! Well they all are.

In official play maybe not, but for friendly games I see no reason why you couldn't use him!
Not at this moment, no. Need to try and save where I can, both in general and for the 9th ed box

Yeah makes sense. I've reserved a copy today at m&l models with a guaranteed 20% off... so if it comes at the expected 120 quid that'll be... 96 I think. Be nice to check them out as they are actually by far my closest gaming store. The one I've played at previously and entered the comp at is on the other side of Leeds and isn't really that practical to get to despite being really good.

I know there's a place in Lincoln, been there once, but I certainly wouldn't call it my local because even that was years ago. I'm lazy and happy to pay for postage!
